Polywrap manufactures LDPE sheeting and covers for agricultural fumigation and temporary covering applications. These are commercial films produced to an agreed width, thickness and roll length.
The correct specification depends on the area being covered, handling method, exposure, required overlap and the fumigation system being used. The chemical supplier or responsible technical adviser must confirm whether polyethylene film is suitable for the intended treatment.
We manufacture the plastic cover; we do not prescribe fumigants, application rates or treatment procedures.
Information needed for a quote
Finished size
Provide the required layflat width or sheet width, roll length, micron and number of rolls. Include overlap and anchoring allowance.
Application
Explain whether the film covers soil, stacks, structures or another agricultural application, and how it will be installed and removed.
Delivery planning
Made-to-specification film is produced to order. Confirm the required date and delivery destination early enough for production and transport.

Yes, within production and handling limits. Send the finished width, micron and length so feasibility and roll weight can be checked.
Is the film suitable for every fumigant?
Not automatically. Compatibility and regulatory suitability must be confirmed by the fumigant supplier or responsible adviser for the specific treatment.
Can the sheeting be supplied as tubing?
Depending on the dimensions and application, sheeting or tubing may be possible. We will confirm the practical format when quoting.
